The Art Club—World of Birds

$105

with Karen Anderson

Calendar Apr 14, 2021 at 4:30 pm, runs for 3 weeks

The Art Club is a gathering place for young aspiring artists to socialize and learn art skills and handy tips working with a professional artist. During each class you explore a new skill and art form as you create art work guided by the artist. You receive an art kit filled with the art materials you need for each meeting.

Let your imagination take flight as you join artist Karen Anderson in this drawing and painting excursion through the world of birds from the harbingers of Spring in your own backyard to the birds that inhabit the lakes, ponds, marshes and other wild places. Learn about the physiology of birds and their unique attributes. Then create your own masterpiece as you draw and paint your favorite birds.

All materials provided. All class instruction will be on Zoom. You will be provided with a link after registration.

Finally, choose from colorful glazes to add color and, after firing, place your fairy home in the garden.  Watch the flowers bloom-a gift to you from a very appreciative flower fairy!
