FREE Family Workshop: Make a Wearable Art Car for the MayDay Parade!

Be in the Minneapolis MayDay Parade with the ArtCars and ArtBikes! Work with artists Tara Fahey and Kallie Melvin to create a fanciful structure from cardboard, from batmobiles to spaceships. Some artful reuse materials will be available to decorate, and you will get a 10% discount code to purchase any additional materials you want at the nearby ArtScraps store.
Then join the MayDay Parade on Sunday, May 3 at noon for a celebration of spring and community.
Workshop: Saturday, April 25, 10:30am – 12:30pm

Create a Mother's Day Corsage

Celebrate Mother’s Day this year with a flower craft! Make your own flower wristlet or pinned arrangement for a mom in your life or an upcoming special occasion (prom anyone?). Artist Cami Andersen will provide direction and inspiration. Each participant will receive one large pre-dyed Sola wood flower with greenery, ribbon, and other adornments.
Open to teens and adults – intergenerational crafting groups are welcome!
